Shipping policy

We currently ship within the United States only. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays), and you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order leaves our facility. Standard Shipping is $5 for orders under $75, and orders of $75+ ship free. Standard delivery typically arrives 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and carrier. Delivery timelines are estimates; One Take isn’t responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate—we’re not liable for packages lost due to incorrect addresses. If your tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive the package, contact the carrier first, then email us at support@onetake01.com for help.
