Refund policy

At One Take, we take pride in carefully inspecting every item before it is shipped to ensure it meets our quality standards. Because of this, all sales are considered final.

However, if you receive an item that is defective or damaged upon arrival, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund. To qualify:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Provide your order number and photos of the defective item.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

Once we review your request, we will let you know if your item qualifies for a replacement or refund. If approved, we will cover the return shipping cost for the defective item.

Please note: we do not accept returns or refunds for reasons such as wrong size, change of mind, or general wear and tear.
